While it is true that Formentera's night must not be confused with Ibiza's night, there are several alternatives to have a great time.
Es Pujols is the focus area where most bars, pubs, terraces and clubs are, you can also find some in Puerto de la Sabina.
The disco Xueño is the only nightclub in Formentera that we can classify as such, it's run by two partners of the Pacha nightclub in Ibiza, so if you are lucky sometimes you can enjoy the presence of some well-known DJs like David Morales, Stefano Fontana, Fernanda Lessa, Bob Sinclar, Ricky Montanari, Filippo Nardi, DJ Pippi, Claudio di Rocco, Justine Mattera, Flavio Vecchi, DJ Buty and Sebastian Gamboa.
We can also cataloge in this section the Blue Bar as recommended, they play good music and you can dance or sit back and see the stars.
Worth visiting also is the Fonda Pepe, definetely a classic in Formentera.
And if you really want to go out and enjoy the nightclubs until the wee hours of the morning we recommend taking the ferry to Ibiza and spending the night there because there is no better night in the world than the night of Ibiza. There are ferries to get back from around 6:30 a.m. in the morning, (Check here Formentera ferry schedules!) And then go to the beach to relax!
